3. Services

We provide digital services including backend development, web application development, database design, website layout, and ongoing website maintenance. All services are delivered electronically.

4. Scope of Work

Services are provided according to the agreed scope described in proposals, invoices, or written communication. Any changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance. Payments may be made via bank transfer or payment service providers. Currency is EUR unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Fulfillment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Services are delivered digitally. If work has not started, a full refund may be issued upon request. If work has started, refunds are proportional to completed work.

Subscription or maintenance services are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the custom deliverables created for them. Pre-existing materials and reusable components remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Montenegro.
