Frequently asked questions.
Practical answers about how we work, price and contract. If your question is not covered, email support@wdevelopers.io.
Where is WDEVELOPERS DOO based?
+
We are a limited liability company registered in Budva, Montenegro (CRPS 51062868, PIB 03472027). Our team works remotely across Europe and delivers to clients globally.
How do engagements start?
+
Every engagement begins with a short discovery call. Within 3 business days we send a written scope, fixed price and timeline, plus a Master Services Agreement for review.
How is pricing structured?
+
We use fixed-price packages for defined scopes and monthly retainers for ongoing work. Prices on the pricing page are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Invoicing is available in USD or EUR.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept bank transfer (SEPA and international wire) and card payments processed through Stripe and Paddle. Payment terms are Net 14 for retainers and milestone-based for projects.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
+
Yes. Mutual NDAs are signed before any commercial discussion involving confidential material. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement is signed for any engagement where we process personal data on your behalf.
Who owns the code you deliver?
+
You do. Full IP ownership of custom code is transferred on final payment, together with source repositories, deployment credentials and documentation.
What is your refund policy?
+
Discovery deposits are refundable within 7 days if we do not proceed to a signed agreement. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered. Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
Do you offer support after launch?
+
Every project includes a written post-launch support window. Ongoing support is available under a monthly retainer with a defined response-time SLA.
What is your typical team size?
+
Project squads are usually 2 to 6 people: an engagement lead, one or two engineers, a designer when needed, and a QA/DevOps engineer for larger builds.
Can you work with our internal team?
+
Yes. We regularly embed with client engineering teams, use their code review process and attend their stand-ups. We follow whatever workflow your team already runs on.
