Currency & taxes
Prices are in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are issued by WDEVELOPERS DOO (Montenegro, PIB 03472027). EU VAT reverse charge applies where relevant.
Payment methods
Bank transfer (SEPA and international wire), card payments via Stripe or Paddle. Retainers billed monthly, Net 14. Projects billed against milestones.
Refunds
Discovery deposits are refundable within 7 days if no agreement is signed. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
IP ownership
All custom code is transferred to the client on final payment, together with repositories, credentials and documentation.
