Refund Policy

All services and scripts sold on wdevelopers.io are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation from our payment processor (Paddle or Stripe).

If work on a custom project has not started, a full refund may be issued upon written request within 14 days of purchase.

If work has started, refunds are calculated proportionally to work completed and delivered, less any third-party costs already incurred (e.g. hosting, licences).

Subscription and maintenance services are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time; cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Pre-built scripts and digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the product does not perform substantially as described. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after download.

To request a refund or cancel a subscription, email support@wdevelopers.io with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
